Purpose of Position:

  1. Answer incoming calls & ensure 100% customer satisfaction internal & external.
  2. Perform outbound calling informing customer base of promotional items and ensuring schedule is full.
  3. Ensure accurate and efficient scheduling and dispatching of service calls.
  4. Provide accurate product and service information to attract potential customers.
  5. Schedule timely follow up on repairs and parts replacement to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  6. Communicate accurately and effectively with all customers internal & external.

Qualifications/Attributes:

  1. Customer Service experience.
  2. Dispatching of 10 plus field personnel.
  3. HVAC product & service knowledge background.
  4. Ability to understand and offer solutions to customers.
  5. Excellent organizational & communication skills.
  6. Capable of multi-tasking & working on and/or involved with multiple projects

Responsibilities:

  1. Scheduling of service calls.
  2. Promote the commercial and residential service & maintenance agreement program.
  3. Interact effectively with field personnel to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  4. Expedite field personnel calls efficiently.
  5. Debrief with field personnel after every call to ensure proper and timely follow up.
  6. Ensure that past due and credit hold customers are offered service only after account is up to date.
  7. Process schedule so that On-Call service technician is available after hours.

Performance Objectives:

  1. Provide excellent and accurate information to customers & potential customers.
  2. Possess excellent phone skills, listening skills, conflict resolution and product knowledge.
  3. Ensure efficient scheduling and dispatching of service calls,
  4. Timely response of follow up of service.
  5. Promote the ESP program to all customers & potential customers
  6. Manage customer expectations through excellent communication.
