$45,000 to $75,000 plus Bonuses

Our HVAC Installer is responsible for completing all aspects of installation of residential heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities/Skills:

• Performs installation of new or replacement parts in accordance with manufacturer specifications or customer orders and applies common sense understanding of safety principles in accordance with company standards.
• Uses tools, equipment, and applications specific to HVAC systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications or customer orders.
• Completes all required paperwork as required per company policy.
• Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
• Drivers company vehicles to the job site.
• Talking to customers and co-workers to convey information effectively.
• Conducting tests with the Install crew and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.

Physical Requirements:

• Physically able to work on HVAC units.
• Will be required to work in settings with extreme cold or extreme heat, depending on the time of year.
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.

Please note: Workdays typically start between 7:00 am and 7:30 AM. End times vary based on job completion, workload, and customer needs, usually around 4:30 PM. Overtime may be available and required during peak seasons.

A minimum of 3-4 years of driving experience is required and be over the age of 21.
