Field Supervisor Position Responsibilities:

Schedule, order, and confirm materials and equipment for installations
Responsible for ensuring all jobs scheduled for the next day have all material and equipment pulled.
Track material returns by job and return to stock.
Responsible for all materials, supplies, etc. that leave the shop have been properly filled out on a material sheet.
List all overstocked items for return to vendor.
Check and put away stock orders.
Maintain shop and yard in a clean and orderly fashion.
Assist in loading and unloading vans.
Manage the logistics and volume of parts to facilitate the repair of residential furnaces, air conditioners, duct systems, water heaters, and related piping and electrical to meet or exceed the manufacturer’s recommendations and local codes.
Be committed to maintain adequate levels of parts
Keep track of all parts ordered, delivered, and used on jobs
Perform required documentation for ordering, receiving, and delivering each part to project or installer.
Protect the company’s profitable margins.
Provide support to the administrative personnel as requested.
Correct/modify/create/eliminate processes and procedures that fail to add value to T.F. O’Brien’s services or business results.
Other duties as assigned.
