T.F. O’Brien, a trusted leader in providing top-quality HVAC solutions, is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Sales Lead Coordinator to join our expanding sales team. In this key role, the Sales Lead Coordinator will be responsible for efficiently managing and nurturing inbound leads, supporting the sales process, and ensuring smooth communication between our sales team and prospective customers. We are seeking a proactive, detail-driven individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a collaborative mindset to help drive our sales efforts and customer satisfaction to new heights.

Lead Management:

Process and manage incoming sales leads from various sources (website, phone calls, email, social media, service follow-up, etc.).
Qualify leads by gathering the necessary information and determining the potential for conversion into customers.
Assign leads to the appropriate comfort advisor based on geographical region, expertise, and availability.

Coordination and Communication:

Ensuring timely follow-up on all leads to maintaining a high level of customer engagement.
Schedule appointments and meetings between sales reps and customers, ensuring accuracy in dates and times.
Communicate lead status and updates to sales teams and management on a regular basis.

Data Entry & CRM Management:

Input lead information into the company’s CRM system (Service Titan), maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Track and monitor lead progression and conversion rates to ensure efficient sales processes.
Generate and provide reports on lead generation performance and sales pipeline status.

Customer Service & Support:

Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries.
Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the lead-handling process, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Sales Team Support:

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks related to customer communications, documentation, and follow-ups.
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes and enhance lead conversion.
