The HVAC Service Training Program is an 8-week paid training opportunity designed to offer a comprehensive blend of classroom education, customer relationships, and hands-on field technical training. This paid program provides valuable learning experiences that foster professional growth and skill development in the HVAC industry.

We are currently seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join our HVAC Service Training Program. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and develop skills in the HVAC Field. Trainees will work closely with seasoned professionals, participate in training, and apply their learning in real-world scenarios.
Opportunity to Become A Future Technician
Upon successful completion of the HVAC Service Training Program, Trainees can be considered to become Maintenance Service Technicians. Trainees will also receive an HVAC T.F. O’Brien certificate recognizing their achievement and an EPA Certification upon completion.
What Training and Development Activities Will I Do?
- Participate in classroom training sessions and workshops to develop the skills needed to excel in the
HVAC field. - Assist with day-to-day operations, tasks, and projects as directed by mentors, trainers, and
department managers. - Work closely with various teams and departments to gain insight into the organization's overall
function and responsibilities. - Observe and learn from senior staff members, gaining valuable industry-specific knowledge.
- Contribute ideas and solutions in brainstorming sessions and contribute to real-world challenges.
- Document progress and provide regular updates on your learning and development. Receive
constructive feedback from mentors.

Trainee
As a Trainee, you'll receive hands-on and classroom paid training and mentorship from industry leading trainers and technicians to build foundational HVAC skills. Trainees assist senior technicians, learn diagnostic and maintenance procedures, and help with routine tasks. This entry-level position offers a great starting point for those eager to break into the industry.
Total Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 including paid training, certifications and company benefits.
Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technicians are the face of our company during routine service visits. In addition to performing seasonal maintenance, system tune-ups, and inspections, they educate customers on system performance and recommend solutions to improve efficiency. Building strong customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction is a key part of this role.
Total Compensation: $55,000 - $85,000+ including paid training, commissions and company benefits.
Technician
Technicians are trusted experts who diagnose and repair HVAC systems while providing exceptional customer service. They take the time to explain issues and repair options to homeowners, ensuring transparency and confidence in the solutions provided. Technicians work independently, handle complex service calls, and play a vital role in building long-term customer relationships.
Total Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000+ including paid advanced training, commissions and company benefits.
Lead Technician
Lead Technicians are the leaders in both technical expertise and customer care. They oversee complex projects and diagnostics while mentoring junior technicians and ensuring each job meets the highest standards. Lead Technicians take a proactive approach to customer service, providing expert guidance, addressing concerns, and ensuring complete satisfaction throughout the service process. Their leadership in the field helps build trust and long-lasting relationships.
Total Compensation: $110,000 - $135,000+ including paid advanced training, commissions and company benefits.
