T.F. O’Brien Wins 2011 Carrier® President’s Award
Long Island HVAC Dealer Honored for Quality and Leadership Excellence
T.F. O’Brien Cooling & Heating is proud to announce the dealership received a 2011 Carrier® Corp. President’s Award, one of the manufacturer’s highest honors for its local dealers. T.F. O’Brien was selected and honored at an April 1 ceremony in Las Vegas.
President’s Awards are presented annually to an elite group of Carrier dealers who exemplify the company’s model for operational excellence, business effectiveness and delivering the best in cutting-edge technology to consumers. Carrier also awards dealers who are committed to providing excellent customer service and who are dedicated to the Carrier brand. Winners go above and beyond the call of duty in the industry with a dependable, customer-focused work ethic.
“Carrier President’s Award recipients focus on delivering exceptional products and service to customers while appropriately leveraging the value and trust behind America’s first, true HVAC brand. Their successes often exceed our expectations. It’s our privilege to honor them,” said Bob McDonough, president, Residential and Commercial Systems, Carrier Corp. “Winners will enjoy added rewards in the form of support from the Carrier family exclusive to President’s Award recipients, and therefore, continue to shape, grow and succeed in their business.”
T.F. O’Brien has been a Carrier dealer since 1955. The business, which has been serving the Long Island area for 77 years, has flourished under the leadership of three generations of the O’Brien family. T.F. O’Brien continues the family tradition of superior equipment, extensive training, and exemplary customer service established more than three quarters of a century ago.
“We’re very pleased to have received this award,” said Kerry O’Brien, president of T.F. O’Brien. “Our ultimate goal is always to provide the absolute best customer service in Long Island, and we accomplish this by employing superior craftsmen with great attitudes and work ethic. Achieving this award, therefore, was a company-wide accomplishment.”
